A former student-athlete with a strong passion for tennis, Kerry Zeida brings over 20 years of experience on and off the court to the Johnson & Wales University women’s tennis team. This fall he’ll join the Wildcats’ staff as an assistant coach as announced by head coach Devin Kitterick.
Prior to his work with the Tennis Congress, Zeida served in several vice-president positions for industry titans such as NEC, Macromedia (now Adobe) and Microsoft. He advised several of the company’s billion-dollar brands on their positioning, identity, and communications strategies, and developed tools for expanding the company’s brand leadership position worldwide.
In his capacity as marketing director for The Tennis Congress, he has coached elite tennis professionals on how to ignite participation in the sport worldwide. During his college years, Zeida was part of the men’s tennis team at the College of the Holy Cross. He received his bachelor’s degree from Holy Cross and his master’s from Middlebury College in Paris, France. Zeida is now an active and successful USTA league tennis player.
