Women's Soccer Drops 4-0 Decision

Canton, NY – The Johnson & Wales University women's soccer team were defeated by St. Lawrence University Saints by a score of 4-0 on Saturday afternoon.

St. Lawrence:  2-0
Johnson & Wales: 0-2

Of Note:

Olivia Pellegrino and Jordan Restivo tested the Saints early with two great opportunities within the first seven minutes. Julia Mulhern struck first for the Saints with 8:10 on the clock. Tyler Potter scored twice in five minutes to give the Saints a 3-0 lead at halftime. 

Jordan Petrucci and Cat Nolan fired shots at Samantha Allen early in the 2nd half but were unsuccessful. 

Olivia Goodwine netted the final goal of the contest with 13:28 minutes left in the contest. 

The Saints outshot the Wildcats 26-9.
