PROVIDENCE, RI – The Johnson & Wales University women's lacrosse team continued to dominate the GNAC on Saturday with a 20-3 win over the Raiders of Rivier University.

The Wildcats went on an 8-0 run in the first 15 minutes of the game. Senior Allison Pazienski started the scoring less than one minute into the contest when she caught a pass from Juliana Giello in the arc and found the back of the net. Giello netted the second goal of the game at the 1:40 mark.
Just two minutes later, Pazienski took a pass from Dani Lydecker and scored a goal for the 200th point of her career. She is just the third player in JWU history with 200 points.
The Wildcats went on to score five more goals before the Raiders got on the board. Cailee Green stopped the Wildcats' run at the 11:15 mark on a free position shot.
JWU went on another 8-0 run to go into the half with a 16-1 lead. The Wildcats outshot the Raiders, 31-3, in the opening 30 minutes.
Junior Madeline Bishara started the scoring in the second half at the 12:51 mark, her second of the game, as the Wildcats maintained control of the second half.
The Wildcats outshot the Raiders, 43-7, and won 18-of-24 draw controls.
The Wildcats return to Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletics Complex on Wednesday to take on Albertus Magnus College for a 7 p.m. start.
