NASHUA, NH – The top offense in the GNAC didn't show any signs of slowing down Tuesday night. The Johnson & Wales University women's lacrosse team went on the road to defeat Rivier, 20-2.

Johnson & Wales: 8-1, 5-0 GNAC
Allison Pazienski (JWU): 5 goals, 1 assist
Maria Patane (JWU): 3 goals, 1 assist
Madeline Bishara (JWU): 2 goals, 2 assists
Johnson & Wales got off to a fast start, scoring 10 goals in the first 15 minutes. Allison Pazienski scored four times during that run and Maria Patane added three more. After the Raiders got on the board, JWU scored eight unanswered goals to go up 18-1 midway through the second half.
The Wildcats won 14 of 22 draw controls and picked up 22 ground balls compared to eight by the hosts. JWU outshot Rivier, 46-9, with goalkeeper Cassidy O'Hara only needing to make five saves.
Johnson & Wales returns to the field on Saturday to host Saint Joseph at 1 p.m.
