A pair of passed ball sandwiched around a two-run Devin Scales double pushed the Johnson & Wales lead to 7-0

Frost continued to turn away batters in the circle as she tied a career-high with 11 strikeouts to get the victory. She struck out four of the last six batters she faced.

The Seahawks tallied five runs in the third inning of game two off JWU starter Livia Feole.

JWU got two runs back in the third thanks to a Scales double and RBI single from Feole. Frost added an RBI single in the fourth, but the Wildcats could not pull even.
