WESTON, Mass. – Looking to lock up the third seed for next week's GNAC Tournament, the Johnson & Wales University men's volleyball team took care of business on Saturday. The Wildcats defeated Regis 3-0 (25-22, 25-15, 25-14) after starting the day with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-20, 25-16) defeat of Emerson.

Johnson & Wales dominated the offensive side of the net against Regis, hitting .425. Setter Cameron Ponce handed out 38 assists, his second-highest total of the year. JWU also had nine blocks while the Lions did not have a single rejection.
An ace pulled Regis within 23-21 in the first set, but Chang and fellow senior Matt LaVasseur produced kills to win the set. JWU hit .381 on its way to winning the second set then limited Regis to just three kills and a -.450 hitting percentage in the final set.
JWU will host Tuesday's first round of the GNAC Tournament at 7 p.m. The third-seeded Wildcats will take on the sixth-seed Emerson.
