Wildcats Lose to Eastern Nazarene 9-0

RIVERSIDE, R.I. – The Johnson & Wales University men's tennis team was shutout for the first time this season, 9-0, on Saturday afternoon by Eastern Nazarene.

Eastern Nazarene took the first two doubles matches by a score of 8-2. Will Lyons and Gianni Rodrigues put up a great fight but lost their match, 8-6, at the two spot.

JWU could not keep up with Lions in singles. Rodrigues lost a close 6-3, 6-3 decision at number four.

The Wildcats will travel to UMass Boston on Tuesday for a 3 p.m. start.
