BRISTOL, R.I. – The Johnson & Wales University men's soccer team ran into a tough Roger Willaims offense that was clicking on all cylinders Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats trailed early in the first half and were unable to claw back in the contest held at Bayside Field.

With a little less then two minutes gone in the first half, the Hawks landed their first goal. Michael Oliveira scored with an assist from Jacob Grant that set the tone for the match.
The Wildcats would give up another goal in the 20th minute of the first half as Jacob Grant found the net with aid from Lucas Watt. JWU would get on the board shortly after as Nick Gutekunst earned the Wildcats first goal in the 29th minute to end the scoring in the first half.
The second half would not bare fruit for the Wildcats as Roger Williams captilized twice to finish the contest a 4-1 victor. Jack Wetzel and Connor Edwards were successful in scoring bids in the 60th and 73rd minutes, respectively.
The Wildcats were outshot 15-9 in the contest.
The Wildcats continue there road ways as they travel to Plymouth State on Tuesday for a 4:00 PM start.
