MANSFIELD, Conn - The Johnson & Wales University men's lacrosse team fell to the Eastern Connecticut State University Warriors, 14-6, on Sunday. Sophomore Tyler Drago broke out for his third hat-trick of the season, adding to his team-leading 14 goals.

Johnson & Wales: 1-3
ECSU responded with six-straight goals to grab a 7-2 advantage. Drago stopped the drought when he scored the Wildcats' lone goal of the second quarter on Matt Gelb's team-leading 14th assist.
JWU was held to three goals in the second half with Andrew Vasile scoring just before the end of the third quarter. The first-year midfielder has scored in every contest this year.
Kyle Mangan made a season-high 14 saves in goal.
The Warriors held the advantage in shots, 49-24, and groundballs, 39-23.
Johnson & Wales travels to Nichols College Wednesday at 7 p.m.
