
UNION, N.J. - The Johnson & Wales University men's lacrosse team fell to the Kean University Cougars on Saturday afternoon, 23-4. The Cougars' offense was too much for the Wildcats as they outscored JWU in each quarter, including a 10-goal third quarter.

Kean shut out the Wildcats in the first quarter on its way to a 4-0 lead.
Tyler Drago got JWU on the board three minutes into the second quarter with the feed from Erik Lindaas. The Cougars took a 9-1 lead into the locker room
Matt Hart and Thomas Lyons scored 40 seconds apart to end the third quarter, but Kean started the second half on a 9-0 run to take an 18-1 lead.
The Cougars had the advantage in shots, 66-23, and ground balls, 61-29.
