PAWTUCKET, RI – Four second-period goals were too much for the Johnson & Wales University men's ice hockey team to overcome against UMass Boston. The Wildcats lost a 6-2 decision to the Beacons on Friday.

It was nearly a scoreless first period until Andy Walker kept the puck in the JWU zone, passed it to Billy Grant who gave it back to Walker and he beat Mike Rockwell Jr. with 1:35 left in the period.
UMass Boston kept the heat on Rockwell all night, outshooting the Wildcats 47-11.
The Wildcats wrap up the 2019-20 home schedule at 4 p.m. on Saturday against Babson. Prior to the game, the Wildcats will honor the four seniors on this year's team.
