
GORHAM, Maine. – It wasn't a happy homecoming for Johnson & Wales University men's ice hockey head coach Eric Graham as his Wildcats took on his alma mater, the University of Southern Maine. The Wildcats gave up four third-period goals in a 6-3 loss to the Huskies on Friday.

Of Note:
Just 2:41 into the second period, Jake Glod tied the game at 1-1 with a power play goal, his second goal in as many games.
Southern Maine scored a short-handed goal as well as power play goal to start the third period and grab a 4-1 lead.
Matt Bernot lit the lamp twice in the span of two minutes – including a power play score – to pull the Wildcats within 4-3.
Bernot has scored at least one point in six of the last eight games.
Unfortunately, USM got a goal from Michael Green with 2:38 left as well as an empty-netter for insurance.
