
WELLESLEY, Mass. – A pair of second-period goals swung the momentum as the Johnson & Wales University men's ice hockey team went on the road to face #14 Babson. The Beavers took down the Wildcats, 5-1, on Friday.

After the Beavers got on the board four minutes into the first period, Johnson & Wales answered later in the first. Jake Glod evened the game with his third goal of the year at the 12:54 mark.
Babson gave itself a two-goal cushion with a pair of goals in the second period.
Shots heavily favored the hosts to the tune of 63-14. JWU goaltender Mike Rockwell made a career-high 58 saves.
