Third Straight Win Comes at Home Show For IDA

REHOBOTH, Mass. - The IDA Equestrian team pulled out yet another victory on Saturday afternoon at the JWU Equine Center for their first home show of the year. The Wildcats have won three straight events. 

Junior Abbey Dwyer was the High Point Rider of the day with her 71.75% ride to win the Lower Training division. At First Level, Emma Davern won for the second consecutive event and earned the Reserve High Point Rider thanks to a 69.629%. Junior Lois Campbell won Upper Training for JWU with a 67.566% while all remaining Wildcats earned a fifth place finish or higher.

Captain Lindsey Vollinger took home the runner-up spot in First Level, behind Davern, after earning a 67.59%. Mikayla Traver rounded out the Wildcats that earned a top-two finish with her 66.56%.

With the win, the Wildcats continue to lead the region as they continue to work hard toward their goal of making the National Championship in the spring.
