IDA Takes Top Spot At UNH Show

DURHAM, N.H. - The JWU Equestrian IDA team took their talents to Durham on Saturday afternoon and left with another first place finish.

Emma Davern earned reserve high point rider of the day with her first place finish in First Level. She tallied a 71.666% while teammate Sam Kondej picked up a fourth place finish with a 66.666% score in the division.

In Upper Training, Savannah Hoglan placed second with a 66.724% and Maria Arato earned the third place ribbon with a 65.517%.

Lower Training saw Abbey Dwyer register a 67.25% to place second and Grace Dolan earned top spot in Intro with a 68.75%. Kendall Reilly and Mikayla Traver rounded out the riders for the Wildcats on the day with Reilly grabbing 64.375% and Traver earning a 58.125%.

The Wildcats have next weekend off for Homecoming and Family Weekend before hosting their first show of the season on October 26th at the JWU Equine Center in Rehoboth, beginning at 10 a.m.
