Yoga Classes

We have two types of yoga classes taught by Krista.  Krista has been teaching a few years now and is bringing new and exciting classes to our program. 

Mondays 7pm-All Levels Yoga: All Levels class, is open to students of all levels and practice! This is a fun, energetic class designed to challenge core muscles by increasing balance, strength, flexibility, and stability. Leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on your week!

Thursdays-Hot Flow YogaGet ready for your weekend with a fun and modern Yoga class accompanied by a wild playlist of Hip Hop*, Pop, and Dance music. All Levels welcome for a challenging Vinyasa flow, good stretch and relaxing cool down at the end.
