Wildcats, we have developed some fun, and exciting fitness classes aimed at our freshmen/women on learning how to use cardiovascular and weight training equipment at our fitness centers. These hands on introductory orientations will focus on safety, equipment operation/programming, and training basics. Classes are limited to 16 participants.
The Fitness Center has created Cardiovascular Basics and Weight Training Basics Classes geared to help freshmen/women learn safety and proper equipment operation. Classes are limited to 16 participants, reserve a spot at either Fitness Centers or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
