Catherine Bravo Earns GNAC Volleyball Player ofthe Week Honors

Senior Catherine Bravo (Toa Baja, Puerto Rico) was named the Gret Northeast Athletic Conference Player of the Week on October 11th.

Bravo led the Wildcats to a 4-1 week, including three GNAC victories. In the Wildcats 3-2 win against Salve Regina, she recorded a quadruple double with 11 kills, 17 set assists, 11 service aces and 19 digs to help lead the Wildcats to a second place finish at the Rhody Four Tournament.  For the week, she averaged 2.56 kills, 4.11 set assists and 2.0 digs per set for JWU.

The Wildcats, now 16-9 overall and 7-0 in the GNAC.  The Wildcats will return to action on Thursday, October 14th when they host Rivier in a key conference matchup, starting at 7:00 p.m.
