Laura Schwenk Named GNAC Player of the Week

Junior Laura Schwenk (Ottumwa, Iowa) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week on September 6th.

Schwenk recorded a win at No. 4 singles and also picked up a win at No. 3 doubles in the Wildcats 6-3 setback against UMass Dartmouth on Saturday.

The women's tennis squad is 0-1 for the season and will return to action on Tuesday, September 7th when they travel to Bridgewater State for a non-conference contest at 3:30 p.m.
