JWU Wrestling Cleans The Streets
Members of the JWU wrestling team and staff volunteered to help build community relations and collaborated with the West Broadway Neighborhood Association to clean up the streets of Providence.

The Johnson & Wales University wrestling squad recorded a team grade-point average of 3.462 this season which ranked them third amongst NCAA Division III Wrestling Programs. It marks the third straight year that the Wildcats have been in the top-five nationally for team GPA

No. 27 Wrestling Takes Third At NEWA Championship
The 27th ranked wrestling team notched a third place finish at the 2012 New England Wrestling Association Championship, hosted by Wesleyan this weekend. The Wildcats finished with 87.5 team points while host Wesleyan is in first with 126 points, narrowly edging Springfield with 125.5 points.

Lonnie Morris Records 200th Victory With 35-6 Win Over Bridgewater State
Head coach Lonnie Morris recorded the 200th dual-match win of his illustrious 15 year career with a commanding 35-6 victory over Bridgewater State University in a Pilgrim Wrestling League at the Tinsley Center on Wednesday evening.
