Joe Pronk Earns NEWA Wrestler of the Week Honors

Sophomore 125 pound wrestler Joe Pronk (Marshfield, Mass.) was named the New England Wrestling Association Wrestler of the Week for February 14th.

Pronk posted a 2-0 record as the Wildcats posted a victory against Springfield, who was ranked No. 1 in New England and also recorded a win against Plymouth State.

For the season, Pronk has a 15-11 record with three of his wins coming via pin fall.  The Wildcats will host Western New England and Coast Guard in a tri-match at the Harborside RAC at 5:00 p.m., on Friday, February 18^th at 5:00 p.m.
