JWU Men’s Ice Hockey Places 10 on CCC Academic All-Conference List

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Johnson & Wales University men's ice hockey team continues to set the standard for academic success in the athletics department. The Wildcats had the highest grade point average amongst men's teams and placed 10 on the Academic All-CCC team.

To be eligible for all-academic recognition, a student-athlete must carry a minimum of a 3.3 cumulative GPA and achieved at least sophomore status.

Next season, the Wildcats transition from the CCC to the New England Hockey Conference. Going into his third year, head coach James LaCour will return his top nine goal scorers.
