Ketts and Cooper Earn Conference Honors

Wildcats junior forward Jeremiah Ketts (Foristell, Mo.) was named ECAC Northeast Player of the Week for the week of February 7th, 2011. Sophomore goalie Matt Cooper (Perrysburg, Ohio) was named the conference's Goalie of the Week as well.

Ketts tallied a pair of power-play goals in a 3-2 JWU victory over conference foe Wentworth in Boston last week. He then scored two more, including a shorthanded goal, in a 5-4 win over Salve Regina at the Rhode Island Sports Center on Saturday night.

Cooper posted two wins in two games for the week while recording an impressive 32 stops against Wentworth and adding 19 more versus Salve Regina.

The Wildcats are back in action on Wednesday night (2/9) at Becker College and will host Western New England College on Saturday night (2/12).
