JWU Athletics Participates In Annual Walk For Hunger

The Wildcats student-athletes recently participated in the annual Walk For Hunger, which raises money for the Feinstein Foundation.

Founded in 1991 by Alan Shawn Feinstein, the Feinstein Foundation is dedicated to the alleviation of hunger, the importance of community service in education and the values of caring, compassion and brotherhood.

Nearly 200 student-athletes representing all 16 JWU teams, walked a course through East Providence, beginning at Pierce Stadium and raised over $1,600 for the worthy cause.
