Senior All-American Lamonte Thomas (Providence, R.I.) is the Wildcats Athlete of the Week for the week of January 23rd.

Thomas led the Wildcats this week by averaging 37.3 points per game in a tough week of conference match-ups. Thomas dropped 49 points in a losing effort to rival Albertus Magnus and then 38 points against new GNAC foe Anna Maria on Thursday. He also averaged 6.3 assists per game after totaling 9 against St. Joseph's of Maine on Saturday afternoon.

The Wildcats, now 5-11 overall and 4-5 in the the GNAC, will return to action on Tuesday, January 24th when they host Anna Maria at the Harborside Recreation Center at 7pm.
